The AAIB token application serves as a supplementary security measure for mobile banking transactions, enhancing the overall safety and integrity of your banking activities.

Our primary objective is to facilitate secure and straightforward banking experiences via our mobile platform, utilizing One Time Passwords (OTPs) as a second layer of authentication for fund transfers.

To activate the application, users are required to log into AAIB Mobile Banking and adhere to the following steps:

• Navigate to the "Profile" menu.
• Select "Token Settings".
• Choose "Activate Token" to receive an activation code via SMS on your registered mobile number.
• Open the AAIB Token app, then enter the received activation code along with your mobile banking user ID.
• Set a 4-digit PIN that will be used subsequently for generating OTPs.
• Once completed, the token app is ready for use in transaction authentication.

When performing fund transfers through AAIB Mobile Banking, you will be prompted to enter an OTP to authorize the transaction. The process is as follows:

1. Open the token application.
2. Enter your 4-digit PIN.
3. The app will generate a unique OTP.
4. Input the OTP into the transaction confirmation field.
5. The transfer will be processed successfully upon validation.
